Data security & data breaches
We implement standard physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or alteration. Reservation details are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to manage bookings, comply with legal requirements or resolve disputes.
In the unlikely event of a security breach likely to result in serious harm to you, we will promptly notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.
Your rights & complaints
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request its deletion.
To exercise these rights or make a complaint about a potential breach of the APPs, contact us at hello@kkokko.com.au. We will investigate and respond in writing within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the OAIC at www.oaic.gov.au.
